Purpose: The Resource Groups will be designated representatives of stakeholders in one or more of the four groups (see Resource Group tabs at left) and will be responsible for presenting related stakeholder goals, identifying issues, determining information needed to resolve issues, oversight of the design and implementation of studies, and the development of recommended PM&E's (protection, mitigation, and enhancement measures).
